Coaches:
One of the
world’s foremost Lean guru’s, Japan’s
Takeyuki Furuhashi (more than 30
years training experience in the Toyota Production System). He will be assisted by two experienced local
trainers.
Projects:
Four
(4) projects will be on offer. Delegates
are assigned to projects.

People with
continuous improvement responsibilities in healthcare, government, finance, insurance
and manufacturing.

Key programme
components:
1) The five-day
workshop will be conducted at the hospital in Rustenburg.
2) A combination
of classroom lectures and team-based problem solving approaches will be used.
