Terms and Conditions:
Submission of a registration form shall be deemed to be acceptance of the organiser’s terms and conditions, as outlined below, and shall be jointly and severally binding on the applicant and the applicant’s corporate entity. The programme is contingent on a minimum number of registered participants signing up for the programme. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Lean Institute Africa reserves the right to cancel or postpone the programme and will notify registered participants of any changes. Programme registration fees will be refunded to participants if the programme is cancelled and they cannot attend an alternative date. Please be advised that if you are making travel arrangements to attend the programme, the Lean Institute Africa cannot be held responsible for any associated travel or accommodation expenses, or associated cancellation fees resulting from a cancelled programme. In the event of participant cancellation, 50% of fees will be credited, provided cancellation in writing is received at least 5 working days prior to the event. After that date, no credits or refunds will be made. The participant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Lean Institute Africa and its officers, employees, agents and representatives against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss, expense or liability on account of or related to the training provided, including but not limited to injury or death of persons or damage to property arising out of the acts or omissions of the participant or its subcontractors, employees, or agents, in the performance of the training registered for, regardless of whether the party to be indemnified was actively or passively negligent. The participant agrees that he or she participates in the training provided by the Lean Institute Africa at his or her own risk.
Please note that VAT increases on 1st April 2018, and consequently Lean Institute Africa prices will be impacted. Lean Institute Africa has endeavoured to update their prices accordingly, but should you find outdated pricing information, please note that from 1st April 2018, VAT increases to 15%, and Lean Institute Africa is required to invoice you at this adjusted rate. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to Lean Institute Africa's rates, as impacted by the April 2018 VAT increase.
