He has successfully led the development and execution of impactful Lean initiatives in various countries globally, driving lasting improvements in process efficiency and organizational transformation. Ben is deeply committed to leadership development and continuous improvement and brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy and operational excellence.

Nathalie Khodr

Nathalie is a seasoned Continuous Improvement and operational excellence leader with more than two decades of experience integrating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across industries including manufacturing and healthcare.

She holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Texas A&M. Nathalie is both a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ).
