Nathalie is a seasoned Continuous Improvement and operational excellence leader with more than two decades of experience integrating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across industries including manufacturing and healthcare.
She holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Texas A&M. Nathalie is both a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ).
