- Develop a Lean transformation plan: Participants will learn how to develop a comprehensive Lean transformation plan, including defining objectives, establishing performance metrics, creating implementation timelines, and allocating resources.
- Engage and empower employees: Participants will gain strategies for engaging employees and fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the Lean transformation journey.
- Overcome resistance to change: Participants will learn techniques to identify and address resistance to change.

Samantha Allen
Samantha Allen has extensive experience in a variety of industries within both the public and private sectors.
She has led the design and implementation of effective Lean programs in both the UK and SA, that ensure institutionalization of process improvement and Organizational change. Samantha has a passion for training and skills development and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Prince 2 Project Practitioner.
