Course Structure

  • 5 Days Intensive Course: Monday to Friday, covering key aspects of the learning material

  • Exam: 60-minute exam, conducted on Friday, to assess your understanding

  • Certification Project:
    • Apply the concepts and tools learned during the course to a real-world project within your organization
    • The project should be completed within three months, demonstrating measurable improvements
    • Regular support and monthly check-ins are offered to assist with the project

  1. Introduction to Lean and Leadership Philosophy:
    • Understand the foundations of Lean and its benefits for individuals and organizations
    • Explore leadership principles and their role in Lean transformations
  2. Lean Management System:
    • Implement 5S, visual controls, and mistake-proofing techniques to streamline processes
  3. Lean Operating System:
    • Learn to map processes, standardize work, solve problems, and eliminate non-value-added activities
  4. Organizational Leadership:
    • Develop leadership skills essential for continuous improvement and effective team facilitation
  5. Exam Preparation and Certification:
    • Review key concepts and tools in preparation for the final exam on Friday
  6. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and document a Lean Green Belt certification project, focusing on continuous improvement in your organization
    • Follow a structured problem-solving or improvement methodology (i.e., PDCA or DMAIC) to achieve measurable performance gains
