Registrations are now open. A comprehensive, experiential education in Lean Management. The programme is spread over 7 months and includes personal coaching on your own A3 Improvement Project. You will engage with a variety of facilitators, benefiting from their experience across a number of sectors. The programme includes site visits and practical learning methods to aid in your understanding and application of Lean tools and techniques.
