Description
An accessible and thorough introduction to lean. Following the philosophy of ‘learning by doing’
participants will learn the principles and basic tools of Lean Management. The workshop includes presentations from an experienced facilitator and small group discussions. It is an online interactive, cumulative learning experience, using case studies and real-life examples that will introduce you to, and ground you in, the lean thinking framework, and how this can assist you in continually improving your Organisation by reducing waste and improving value to the customer.
