✔ Best-practice site visits, including the renowned Introduction to the Toyota Production System (TPS) Plant Tour at Toyota Kentucky, along with visits to other high-performing organisations

✔ Selected meals throughout the programme, including an exclusive bourbon distillery tour and tasting experience

✔ Curated learning materials and workshop content, including a signed copy of Toyota Culture

✔ Ground transportation during the event, including transfers between workshop venues and site visits
